ATM Machines

An ATM machines or automatic teller machines, is a device that is linked to a financial institution. The ATM machine acts as an extension of that bank or financial institution to provide customers of that organization or other financial institutions access to financial information and/or allow for financial transactions in a separate public space without the need for a human clerk or access to the bank itself. The customer is identified by the insertion a credit card like ATM card that has a magnetic stripe or a smartcard with a chip that contains the individual card number and some personal security information of the customer. The ATM card is associated with an individual personal identification number (PIN) chosen by the user for security purpose.

ATM machines are reasonably priced and dependable. There are several companies that sell or lease out ATM machines to use in individual business. Having an ATM Machine in your business can increase the foot traffic and sales of your business by giving people access to their money at your place business. This allows for first place access to customer’s money from your place of business giving you the upper hand in this competitive business market. With the simple strategy of getting the customers in the door with money in–hand, you have increased your chances of having them spend the money in your place of business. 

There are several advantages to owning an ATM machine.  It is estimated that 70 percent of Americans now use an ATM debit card, a credit card, or a VISA check card for most of their purchases. Customers value the convenience of access to ATM machines, especially after usual banking hours.  ATM machines are less expensive then vending machines and you get $2 when someone uses it.
