American Servicing Company Mortgages

According to the media there has been quite a large amount of attention placed on a recent development. The target is American Servicing Company Mortgages. Their mortgages have been returning with many problems. In a recent notice that was posted by a customer of the company, the following information was stated.

Around the second quarter of 2004 our mortgage American Servicing Company picked up our mortgage.

Shortly thereafter, we received a letter stating that the company was sold. Then, very shortly after that, we were informed that American Services Company Mortgages was forcing us in to foreclosure. The next thing we knew, we started receiving a large amount of fees.

Then we played a game of cat and mouse with the company trying to get our mortgage situation under control. We were sending the company payments continually ever since we were informed that we were in foreclosure. It was not until after September when we thought that we were all caught up and currant.

We received a certified letter from court saying we are in foreclosure, my husband called them explain what is going on and they say we will take care of it, which means once again they are sending us the letter for with draw of foreclosure and we send it to the attorney that is handling this case. We have been asking what about credit and months of this are. This whole thing is very confusing and would take allot longer to explain. But this is the best of it. Just keep every letter form that they send.
